Shipping and returns
Free standard shipping on all orders within Australia. Orders are processed in 2–3 business days and usually arrive 4–9 business days after dispatch (6–12 business days in total). Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. AEST on a business day are processed the same day. You will receive tracking information by email where available.
Changed your mind? You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unworn and unused, in their original condition, with tags and packaging where possible. How long does delivery take?
Orders are normally processed within 2–3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery within Australia usually takes 4–9 business days, so the total estimated delivery time is 6–12 business days. See our Shipping Policy.

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all eligible orders within Australia, with no minimum order value.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return policy on eligible products, starting from the date your order is delivered. Who pays for return shipping?
For approved change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping. If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we will handle return costs in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with tracking information where tracking is available. If tracking has not moved for more than 5 business days after dispatch, please contact us at contact@bystellashore.com.
