We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return policy on eligible products, starting from the date your order is delivered. Items should generally be unworn, unused and in their original condition, with original packaging where possible. Please email contact@bystellashore.com before sending anything back. This is separate from your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. See our Refund Policy.

For approved change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping. If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we will handle return costs in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
